RETURNS
POLICY:
Every item sold by Costa Rica Cart is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
If the goods are found to be faulty all claims must be made 3 days after delivery.
Please email us before any returns are sent. Shipping/Delivery charges will
not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition.
Refunds will not be given unless item found to be other than the item ordered but
always considering that artisanal work/art for sale at Costa Rica Cart is not
manufactured in line therefore the design can slightly differ but we guarantee
the use of the same materials. If the client has special requests or requires and/or
required an exact match of the product on display he is on the obligation to contact
Costa Rica Cart customer service prior of placing the order. Please note any orders
cancelled after being processed will be subject to a 5% surcharge. Return shipping/
delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, if returning goods please use recorded
delivery. If you do not use this service I will not be held responsible for
lost items in post.
